The competence of the Chamber of Economy
of Federation of B&H are following:
1. Cooperation with the bodies of the executive authorities and administration of
the BH Federation particularly in the field of:
Drafting and passing of the laws, regulations, measures
of the economic policy and instruments needed to determine the economic position of the
businesses.
Drafting and passing of the development strategy, the economic policies of the sectors
and the measures for protection of domestic production. The cooperation is also realized
in the field of establishing of the sustainable ecological system, developing and
improving of the market and determining of the technical standards.
Drafting and passing of the measures for improving of export of goods and services.
Representing of employers in the activities of drafting and passing of regulations
related to the employment and labor force, pensions, health insurance and wages.
Harmonizing of laws, other regulations and measures which are passed in the
cantons/regions in order to harmonize the conditions for performing of economic activities
in the Federation of B&H.
Other issues of partner relations determined by the special regulations and
authorizations.2.
Improvement of the economy and the enterpreneurship
Considering the above competence, the Chamber of Economy of F B&H:
Coordinates the common activities of the chambers,
harmonizes the annual and the long-term Action Plans and organizes the implementation of
the common projects relevant for the members
Proposes and undertakes the measures on improving of enterpreneurship. It also
analyses the economic regulations and instruments and proposes the measures for
restructuring of production and services based on the criteria of sustainable development;
Undertakes the measures for improving, developing and introducing of the innovations
and the patents. It also undertakes the measures of unification of the production means
and procedures as well as the measures needed to protect domestic production and
regulating of the market.
Organizes the system of business information
Organizes the professional education in the economy in order to acquire needed
knowledge autonomously or in cooperation with other cantonal/regional chambers;
Provides other services to the members.
3. Promotion of the
economy of the BH Federation.
4. Providing of the professional consulting services to the members and to the
cantonal/regional chambers in preparing and finalizing of the projects.
5. Public authorizations according to the law
6. Functions of the Court of Honor and the Permanent Court
7. Other activities related to functioning of the Chamber of Economy of Federation of
B&H.
