› The Assembly of the Chamber of Economy of Federation of B&H has the following competence:
• passes the Statute
• passes the Annual Action Plan and directions for long-term development
• passes the Decision on the membership fee amount
• adopts the Financial Plan and the Annual Balance Sheet
• passes the Electoral Decision for the bodies of the Chamber of Federation of B&H
• elects and releases the President and the Vice-President of the Assembly of Chamber of Economy of Federation of B&H.
• elects and releases the members of the Supervising Board of Chamber of Economy of Federation of B&H.
• elects and releases the President and the Vice-President of the Chamber
• elects and releases the members of the Board of Directors of Chamber of Economy of Federation of B&H.
• discusses and adopts the Operating Statement of the Chamber and its bodies
• passes other decisions, conclusions and recommendations within its competence.

› The Board of Directors has the following competence:
• drafts and proposes the Statute, decisions, programs, plans and other acts passed by the Assembly of the Chamber of Economy of Federation of B&H.
• cooperates with the authorities in the field of passing of the economic regulations and laws related to the economy of FB&H as well as in proposing of protection measures and supporting of the export.
• Discusses the economic situation in the BH Federation and proposes the measures for development.
• Concludes the agreements on cooperation and the contracts on bilateral and multilateral cooperation with the foreign chambers of the same level.
• Passes usances, regulations, rulebook and other internal acts of the Chamber of Federation of B&H.
• Nominates and releases the General Secretary of the Chamber and the Organizational Secretary of the Office in Mostar.
• Gives consent on the Statute or on the Book of Regulations, which are needed to organize the professional associations within the Chamber of Economy of F B&H.
• Determines the cooperation modalities with the chambers of cantons/regions, the Chamber of Commerce of Republika Srpska and the state level Chamber.
• Passes decisions, conclusions and recommendations regarding other issues, which are not in direct competence of the Assembly.

› Supervising Board
The Supervising Board of the Chamber of Economy of Federation of B&H controls the areas of the material and financial functioning of the Chamber.

› President
The President of the Chamber represents the Chamber of Economy of Federation of B&H in the country and in abroad and performs activities determined by decisions and conclusions of the other Chamber's bodies.
The Assembly elects the President and the Vice-President of the Chamber by secret vote.
