Sarajevo, 06.09.2024.
Public call for participation in the training and technical assistance program for strengthening
cybersecurity of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
Did you know that 60% of small businesses close within six months after a cyberattack? Don’t
let your company become part of this statistic!
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with financial support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany, announces
public call for participation in the training and technical assistance program for cybersecurity of small and medium-sized enterprises
(SMEs) in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This unique opportunity is open to all SMEs across Bosnia and Herzegovina that meet the criteria of the public call. The UNDP support program is designed to empower small and medium-sized enterprises by increasing understanding of cyber threats and strengthening defense against potential cyberattacks.
Program participants will receive:
• Technical support: Collaboration with experienced local cybersecurity experts.
• Practical experience: Conducting practical analyses of your company’s cybersecurity posture.
• Increased resilience: Learning how to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring strong protection against cyber threats
The aim of the program is to help small and medium-sized enterprises strengthen their resilience to cyber threats. This includes improving their understanding of online threats and the serious consequences of lacking protection, as well as providing practical knowledge and skills to build robust protection systems. During the program, participants will have the opportunity to work with international as well as trained local cybersecurity experts, conducting an analysis of the security status of their companies.
