On 02.04.2026, an initiative meeting was held at the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH, at which a decision was made to launch the process of establishing an Association of Importers and Distributors of Technical Consumer Goods under the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH.
The meeting was attended by seven representatives of leading companies from across BiH, led by Omega d.o.o., which confirms the strong interest of the sector in joint action and cooperation.
The aim of the Association is to establish a platform for:
• representing the interests of the sector before the competent institutions
• improving the regulatory and business environment
• market development and combating unfair competition
• knowledge exchange and professionalization of the sector
• consumer protection and promotion of sustainable business
The Association will act as a professional and representative body that will contribute to a more transparent, orderly and competitive market for technical consumer goods in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This represents an important step toward strengthening the sector and its more active participation in shaping the business environment in BiH.
