Given the extraordinary circumstances, taxpayers who are unable to submit the VAT return for tax period 2409 on time may do so later.
The Indirect Taxation Authority informs taxpayers of indirect taxes affected by the catastrophic floods and landslides in Bosnia and Herzegovina who are unable to timely fulfill the legal obligation of submitting the VAT return for tax period 2409 that they may submit it later, once the conditions for doing so are created, and no later than the expiry of the legal deadline for submitting the VAT return for tax period 2410.
The Indirect Taxation Authority will take all necessary measures so that taxpayers of indirect taxes, due to the aforementioned circumstances, do not bear the consequences that arise from the regular failure to submit the VAT return within the legal deadline, it was announced by the ITA BiH.
