The third edition of the conference “Challenges of the Real Estate Market” will bring together leading experts from the region, investors and decision-makers to address key issues related to the real estate market. First panel discussion on the topic “Real estate without borders: Who is growing, who is stagnating, and who is lagging behind?”
We will analyze market development scenarios and identify challenges and opportunities in the real estate sector. The focus of the dialogue will be on market transparency and data availability systems as foundations for decision-making. Panelists will present recommendations for investors and public policy makers, with a review of risk management, labor movement and material supply.

The emphasis will be on establishing a balance between market growth and quality of life, with an analysis of urban planning, infrastructure and development.

A special focus will be on analyzing green building through the prism of ESG standards and the economic justification of investments, along with an assessment of the market’s readiness to meet regulatory and investment requirements.
