The Chamber of Economy informs all interested parties that the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted the Draft Law on Public-Private Partnership of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina at its 14th regular session on 22 and 23.10.2024, and the House of Peoples at the continuation of the 15th regular session on 30.01.2025, when conclusions were adopted obliging the proposer to organize and conduct a public debate lasting 60 days.
In order to prepare the Draft Law on Public-Private Partnership of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina as thoroughly as possible, the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry invites interested persons to submit their proposals, remarks and suggestions on the said Draft Law.
Comments can be given at the public debate or submitted to the address of the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, Alekse Šantića b.b. Mostar by 28.03.2025, as well as to the Ministry’s e-mail address (info@fmeri.gov.ba).
Public debates will be held:
– 27.02.2025 in Sarajevo in the premises of the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Branislava Đurđeva 10, starting at 11 a.m.
– 04.03.2025 in Mostar in the premises of the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Kneza Domagoja 12, starting at 11 a.m.
– 11.03.2025 in Tuzla in the premises of the Cantonal Chamber of Economy Tuzla, Trg slobode bb, starting at 12 noon
