The Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH, with technical support from the Swiss Export Promotion Program (SIPPO), is organizing a specialized training for exporting companies from the technical wood, food and textile industries titled:
“Application of AI tools for defining export strategy, sales and digital promotion – from communication to participation in international fairs” which will be held on 03.02.2026 at Branislava Đurđeva no. 10, Sarajevo, starting at 10:00.
The training program is based on a successful model of previous trainings and covers three key thematic units: AI-supported business communication, ChatGPT prompting – from beginner to advanced level, and digital content production with the help of artificial intelligence.
The aim of the training is to enable companies to practically adopt AI tools to improve sales, marketing, LinkedIn presence and preparation for international fairs. The training is designed as a practical, full-day training that enables companies, with the help of modern AI tools (including ChatGPT and digital content tools), to improve communication with customers, marketing materials, LinkedIn presence and preparation for international fairs.
Participants will work through interactive workshops on:
- using AI tools to create export communication and marketing strategies
- simulations of conversations with customers and improving sales messages
- creating LinkedIn posts, brochures and multilingual promotional materials
- preparation for appearances at international fairs
- creating checklists, pitching messages and follow-up emails after fairs
- application of AI tools for planning export activities by sector (textile, wood industry, food industry, etc.)
Lecturer
The training is led by Patrick Collins, an international consultant for digital development and AI in business, with many years of experience working with institutions and companies across Europe, especially in the fields of sales, marketing and export strategy.
