Based on the Regulation on the training of presidents and members of supervisory boards and management boards of companies with state capital participation (“Official Gazette of the FBiH”, nos. 71/09, 33/10, 23/11, 83/11, 2/13, 80/13, 48/15, 60/16, 88/17 and 19/22), and the Training Program (“Official Gazette of the FBiH”, no. 69/18), the Chamber of Economy/Commerce of the Federation of BiH announces

Public call for submitting applications for the training of members of supervisory boards and management boards of companies with state capital participation

1.  A public call is announced for submitting applications for the training of members of supervisory boards and management boards of companies with state capital participation (hereinafter: training).

2. The training, based on public authorization, is organized by the Chamber of Economy/Commerce of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

3. The presidents and members of supervisory boards and management boards of companies in which powers based on state capital participation are exercised by the Federation of BiH, cantons/counties, cities or municipalities are required to complete the training.

Any other person who meets the conditions prescribed by Article 248 of the Companies Act (“Official Gazette of the FBiH”, no. 81/15) may also attend the training.

The application for training contains:

1. application form (download here),
2. certified copy of diploma and
3. certificate of professional work experience (original or certified copy).

Incomplete applications for the public call will not be accepted.
