The valuation of real estate according to International Valuation Standards (IVS) provides comprehensive and professional education and is part of a program aimed at introducing participants to the real estate market, valuations, planning and development in this attractive field. The academy is intended for professionals in finance, credit risk, accounting, real estate agents and all those who want to become one. The aim of this educational program is to explore the principles and
practices of real estate valuation through the development of basic analytical skills.
Upon completion of the academy, participants will be able to:
- Understand the definition of real estate valuation
- Independently collect and analyze data
- Independently approach different methods of real estate valuation
- Independently prepare a report on the estimated value of real estate
