Eda – the Enterprise Development Agency has launched a unique study aimed at identifying specific
challenges faced by companies and improvements through which directors seek to ensure the development of
the companies they lead.
The findings of the study will serve as a basis for improving policies and support instruments for SMEs in the country, together with
international organizations and domestic institutions.
Therefore, companies from all economic sectors are invited to participate in the study and share their experiences

The study uses SenseMaker, a new tool that enables the entry and analysis of short stories
based on the personal experience of respondents, who themselves assign meaning to their stories. This tool is
being applied for the first time in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The study is being conducted by Eda – the Enterprise Development Agency within the project “Advanced implementation of the Small Business Act in BiH, SBA in BiH2EU”,
with the support of the Embassy of Sweden.
