This year, the Federation of BiH Chamber of Economy is competing with its team at the traditional event in Marića Gaj in Ružići, Grude, “Raštikijada”, which will be held on Tuesday, 31/10/2023, starting at 16:00.
Gastronomic events like this create a positive image of Herzegovina, promote its indigenous dishes and drinks, and also highlight the tourism potential of Herzegovina. The Marić family from Agrotourism Marića Gaj, the organizers of the 12th Raštikijada, have been investing effort for years in preserving original dishes and undiscovered delicacies and flavors of Herzegovina.
