Running a business in the digital age is more complex than ever and requires leaders and organizations ready for continuous development. The leadership development program is designed as a window into the digital future, aiming to unlock potential and excellence in the organization. Leading lecturers from the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarajevo, will, during 44 teaching hours, encourage you to radically change the way you think about business, reconsider organizational values and transform toward strategic superiority.
Since this is in-house training, the program can be adapted to the needs of your company, and the dates and venue of the training are agreed with you. Due to the interactive and intensive nature of the training itself, the optimal group size for this type of training is up to 15 participants.
