Poslovni dnevnik is organizing a major Smart Industry conference (12 and 13 October 2023, Šibenik, Amadria Park, Solaris), where smart solutions contributing to the development of the economy in Croatia and the countries of the region will be discussed over two days.

Through five mini interviews led by Saša Ćeramilac (Al Jazeera Balkans), the goal is to present the most successful examples of smart industries in the countries of the region. By bringing together experts from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Croatia, Macedonia and Serbia, we open the following questions: key challenges and obstacles to the application of smart industries and digitalization; differences in the level of state support and the investment environment for smart industries and digitalization; how smart industries and digitalization improve efficiency and productivity in the economies of these countries; the quality of the workforce and educational policies needed for the application of smart industries and digitalization; how smart industries and digitalization can help solve key social challenges; how smart industries and digitalization can encourage exports and increase the competitiveness of these countries in the market; the role of regional integration, cooperation and networking in supporting the application of smart industries.
This is a project that for the fourth year in a row brings together a large number of companies offering smart solutions (A1, Algebra, Atron, CadCam, DignetSoftware, Digital Realty, Deloitte, Eccos, Editel, mojeRačun, Exclusive Networks, Fina, Factory, HAKOM, HEP, Intrix, InfoDom, Končar, LeverUp, mStart, Nexi, Omega Software, Schneider Electric, Setcor, Serengeti, Siemens, Vanado, European Parliament, Central State Office for the Development of Digital Society…) and is one of the largest projects of Večernji list, i.e. Poslovni dnevnik.
