At the University of Sarajevo – Faculty of Law, as a project activity within the JEAN MONNET CENTER OF EXCELLENCE South and East European Competition Law Center of Excellence project, a round table and workshop are being organized on 27 and 28 November 2023.
The aim of the round table titled “Enforcement of competition law in the EU and SEE: a comparative perspective” is to discuss open procedural issues of competition law in the EU and SEE. Representatives of the bodies responsible for the application of competition law, as well as representatives of the academic and judicial communities from Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Serbia, will provide their views on the mentioned topic. The round table will be held on 27 November 2023 starting at 9 a.m. in the premises of the University of Sarajevo – Faculty of Law, in the Meeting Room, 2nd floor, left.
The aim of the workshop titled “Challenges of competition law in the countries of Southeast Europe” is to synthesize best practices both in the area of competition advocacy and in the presentation and collection of evidence in cases of prohibited agreements in competition law. Representatives of the bodies responsible for the application of competition law and representatives of the academic community from Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Serbia will present their experiences to the participants. The workshop will be held on 28 November 2023 starting at 9 a.m. in the premises of the University of Sarajevo – Faculty of Law, in the Meeting Room, 2nd floor, left.
