Based on Article 13 of the Law on Real Estate Brokerage in Transactions (“Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH”, no. 75/21), the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH announces
N O T I C E
on the professional exam for a real estate brokerage agent
The written part of the professional exam for a real estate brokerage agent will be held on 06.05.2023.
The oral part of the professional exam will be held no later than seven days after the written part of the exam.
Candidates who meet the conditions for taking the professional exam will be informed in due time about the place and time of the exam
Conditions for taking the professional exam:
1.secondary education – at least completed four-year secondary school
2.residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina
The cost of taking the professional exam in the amount of 600.00 KM shall be borne by the candidate.
Applications for taking the professional exam are submitted on the form APPLICATION for taking the professional exam for a real estate brokerage agent
Along with the application for the exam, candidates are required to submit:
–proof of meeting the professional qualification requirements (a certified copy of the school certificate is attached),
–proof of residence in BiH (certificate from CIPS is attached)
–proof of payment of the professional exam fee – original payment slip for the exam fee
Instructions for payment of the professional exam fee:
–Purpose of payment: fee for taking the professional exam
–Recipient: Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH

The deadline for submitting applications with the listed documentation is 28.04.2023.
Applications should be sent by e-mail j.topic@kfbih.com, with mandatory submission of the application and required documentation by mail to: Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH, Kneza Domagoja St. no. 12, 88000 Mostar, with the note FOR TAKING THE PROFESSIONAL EXAM FOR A REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE AGENT
Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.

To make it easier for candidates to take the professional exam, the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH has issued a Manual for taking the professional exam for a real estate brokerage agent.
