The Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy invites all business entities headquartered in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina to apply for the largest and most comprehensive Job Fair „Gledaj sebi posla“ which will be held on 10 and 11 December 2024 at the Hotel „Hills“ in Sarajevo. This unique event will bring together more than 100 employers/business entities and provide unemployed persons and those seeking a career change with the opportunity to apply for 3,000 open positions.

In addition to a provided booth for direct presentation and promotion, you will have the opportunity to:
- offer open positions: Present your open positions to a wide audience and attract qualified candidates
- publish jobs via the web application „Gledaj sebi posla“: Use the application to easily and free of charge publish open positions, allow candidates to apply and schedule interviews at the Fair
- meet potential candidates: Direct contact with candidates allows better insight into their qualifications and competencies, which speeds up the selection process

- learn about the legal legislation related to the Labor Law, the Law on Employment of Foreigners and the Law on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities: The Fair provides new opportunities to resolve doubts that may arise from the application of certain legal procedures
Advantage for business entities offering a larger number of jobs and positions
Priority will be given to business entities that offer a larger number of open positions. This will make it possible to promote as many vacancies as possible at the Fair and increase the chance of employing as many people as possible.
Applications and additional information
Applications for exhibitors are open until 1 December 2024. The application and selection of business entities headquartered in the Federation of BiH that wish to participate will take place in two phases:
- expression of interest in participation and information about the Job Fair, conditions and sponsorship packages via e-mail: sajamposlova@fmrsp.gov.ba or by phone +38762/324-132 or +38733/568-827
- registration through the official website of the Job Fair and entering open positions, as well as filling out the application form, accepting the conditions of the Job Fair and sponsorship packages.
The number of booths is limited, so apply as soon as possible to secure your participation.
Program and activities of the Job Fair „Gledaj sebi posla“
During the Fair, in addition to presenting vacancies, several trainings, workshops and panel discussions will be organized, in which eminent experts in the fields of employment, labor relations and human resources will participate. Visitors will be able to attend free trainings and discuss opportunities for employment, networking and career development.
Web application for employers and the unemployed
From 1 November, a web application will be available through which business entities and participants can apply to participate in the Job Fair. Also, the application is intended for employers who can completely free of charge publish available jobs and for unemployed persons who can register and apply for open positions. This long-term project will connect business entities that need workers and people actively seeking employment or a career change.
