The Chamber of Economy/Commerce of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, is organizing public hearings on the Draft Law on Gas of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
At its 21st regular session held on 28.05.2025, the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH considered the Draft Law on Gas of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and adopted a conclusion accepting the Draft Law on Gas of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and instructing the proposer to organize and conduct a public hearing lasting 30 days.
At its 19th regular session held on 16.06.2025, the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina considered the Draft Law on Gas of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and adopted a conclusion accepting the Draft Law on Gas of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and instructing the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina to organize and conduct a public hearing lasting 30 days.
Along with the public hearings on the text of the Draft Law on Gas of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry also planned to hold a presentation titled: Infrastructure projects and reform of BH Gas, with the aim of informing the public about planned projects and activities in the field of natural gas.
