At the organization of the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry and the Chamber of Economy of FBiH, public hearings on the Draft Law on Public-Private Partnership of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina were held in Sarajevo on 27.2.2025 and in Mostar on 4.3.2025.
The Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted the Draft Law on Public-Private Partnership of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the 14th regular session on 22 and 23.10.2024 and the House of Peoples at the continuation of the 15th regular session on 30.01.2025, when conclusions were adopted tasking the proposer to organize and conduct a public hearing lasting 60 days.
The public hearings were organized in order to prepare the Proposal for the Law on Public-Private Partnership of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina as thoroughly as possible. Representatives of the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry presented the key provisions of the Draft Law to those interested. Representatives of enterprises, bodies and organizations at the federal, cantonal and municipal levels were present at the hearings. The discussion resulted in several suggestions and proposals, which the proposer will consider together with the other proposals.
We inform you that the public hearing will be held in Tuzla on 11.03.2025 in the premises of the Cantonal Chamber of Commerce Tuzla, Trg slobode bb, starting at 12:00.
We invite interested parties who did not attend the public hearings to analyze the Draft Law on Public-Private Partnership and submit their comments to the proposer within the prescribed deadline.
Comments can be submitted to the address of the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, Alekse Šantića b.b. Mostar until 28.03.2025, as well as to the Ministry’s electronic address (info@fmeri.gov.ba).
