We are proud to announce that this year’s Balkan Green Summit will present implemented activities as well as future plans of the BuildSkills Academy project.
This project aims to create a pan-European framework for certification and advancement of green and digital skills, with a special focus on the construction sector as a key part of the “dual transition” toward a more sustainable and smarter future.
During the Summit, we will present the results achieved so far, including the development of the BuildEnrichedSkills methodology, which responds to real labor market needs through lifelong learning, reskilling and upskilling. We will also talk about establishing a framework for recognizing skills and competencies in line with the challenges of the green and digital transition, as well as upcoming activities and opportunities for involving relevant stakeholders from the region.
The project brings together 17 partners from 10 European countries and connects education, industry and innovation, with the aim of strengthening workforce capacities and accelerating the green transformation.
