The Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as the key organizer of the Balkan Green Summit 2025, announces the SIDE EVENT on the topic “Waste as a resource, composting and reuse of materials”. This event will be held on 27 May 2025 at Hotel Borovi in Sjenica, with the support of the general partner MG Recycle.
The SIDE EVENT is intended for all interested professionals in the fields of circular economy, recycling, environmental protection, as well as representatives of the academic community, public and private sectors. Through the exchange of experience and presentation of innovative solutions, the event aims to improve sustainability and recycling practices, and strengthen cooperation among all sectors.
“This prestigious event will be an opportunity for us to jointly, through various topics, exchange experiences and acquired knowledge in the field of circular economy as the future of recycling. We invite all business entities, the public and private sectors to attend the Summit, as well as the specially organized MH Recycle Side Event, through which we will present processes, machines and organize B2B meetings,” says Adil Delismailović, representative of MG Recycle.
The event will include:
- Presentation of the latest technologies and processes in the field of recycling and composting
- Providing insight into sustainable solutions for the reuse of materials
- Organizing B2B meetings with representatives of MG Recycle, the exclusive distributor for products of the brands Eggersmann, Rockster and ASCO in 19 European countries
“Waste is an inevitable by-product of our existence, and only by practicing recycling, without other measures, can we make 60% of waste useful again. We will gather key stakeholders in one place, encourage discussion, identify certain guidelines for improving waste management from a technological and environmental aspect, and its further use as a resource,” says Sendžana Muslić, Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH.
