Marko Šantić, president of the Chamber of Commerce of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, opened the PIT Hercegovina 2025 conference, which was held on 24 and 25/04/2025 in Mostar, Široki Brijeg, Posušje and Grude. The conference brought together leading experts, managers and engineers from various industrial sectors, including the metal processing, wood, food and construction industries. The event was organized by the Bravaria Industrial Marketing agency. The focus of the conference was on Lean, Green and Digital topics, with the aim of improving business practices, implementing the latest technologies and strengthening regional cooperation.
President Šantić, in his address, highlighted the industrial rise of Herzegovina, emphasizing that the region today proudly bears the title of the industrial heart of BiH, which is the result of the perseverance of the local population and the support of certain political structures.
PIT Hercegovina 2025 showed that the synergy of knowledge, technology and international cooperation represents the foundation for building a stronger and more sustainable industrial future in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
