Tasks of the Association are:

• representing the interests of petroleum derivatives distributors before state and entity authorities in shaping this economic activity,
• providing opinions and proposals to state authorities when adopting legislative acts in the field of oil and petroleum derivatives,
• participating in decision-making aimed at ensuring quality supply of customers with oil and petroleum derivatives, based on the principles of market competition, non-discrimination, environmental protection, transparency and safeguarding the business secrets of participants in the oil and petroleum derivatives market.
  
  

The Association’s activity is:

The Association consists of legal entities registered in the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which, within their registered activity, in addition to other activities in the field of oil and petroleum derivatives, perform the following:

a) transport of oil and petroleum derivatives
b) wholesale trade in petroleum derivatives,
c) retail trade in petroleum derivatives
d) storage of oil and petroleum derivatives,

• Identical legislative framework for all petroleum derivatives traders in BiH
• Quality of petroleum derivatives according to EU standards
