Based on Article 13 of the Law on Real Estate Brokerage in Transactions Involving Real Estate (“Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH”, No. 75/21), the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH announces
NOTICE
on holding the professional examination for a real estate brokerage agent
Candidates who meet the requirements for taking the professional examination will be informed in due time about the place and time of the examination
Requirements for taking the professional examination:
- secondary education – at least completed four-year secondary school
- residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina
The cost of taking the professional examination in the amount of 600.00 KM shall be borne by the candidate.
Applications for taking the professional examination are submitted on the form APPLICATION for taking the professional examination for a real estate brokerage agent.
Along with the application for taking the examination, candidates are required to submit:
- proof of meeting the educational requirements (a certified copy of the school certificate is attached),
- proof of residence in BiH (a CIPS certificate is attached)
- proof of payment of the professional examination fee – original payment slip for the professional examination fee
Instructions for payment of the professional examination fee:
- Purpose of payment: fee for taking the professional examination

The deadline for submitting applications with the listed documentation is 15/09/2023.
Applications are submitted by e-mail to j.topic@kfbih.com, with mandatory submission of the application and required documentation by post to the address: Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH, Kneza Domagoja No. 12, 88000 Mostar, marked FOR TAKING THE PROFESSIONAL EXAMINATION FOR A REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE AGENT
Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
