Within the Tourism Education Future – TEF project, on 17 January 2024 from 14:30 to 15:30, another Masterclass titled “Korean gastronomy – a response to market demands” will be held.
The Masterclass will be held online.
The Masterclass aims to present Korean gastronomy as a response to the growing demands of the market in the Portuguese city of Fatima, which is visited by over 5,000,000 tourists annually.
The lecturers are Elisabete Marques, director of the Technical Pedagogical School Fatima Hospitality School, Fatima, Portugal, and Sérgio Fernandes, coordinator of the office for international cooperation, INSIGNARE, Fatima, Portugal.
