Draft Law on Electronic Governance in Sarajevo Canton.
We invite interested parties to take part in the consultations, i.e. to submit their comments,
proposals, suggestions and opinions on the text of the Draft Law no later than

According to earlier announcements by the Ministry, the Law is a prerequisite for the comprehensive digital transformation of the public sector in Sarajevo Canton and is based on the principles of digital by default and inter-institutional interoperability.
The Law will also serve as the basis for the work of the digital e-portal of Sarajevo Canton, as a central place for providing services to citizens electronically, on which the Institute for Informatics and Statistics of Sarajevo Canton is already working, in cooperation with the UNDP Project.
