A session of the Management Board of the Forum of Adriatic-Ionian Chambers of Commerce was held in the premises of the Chamber of Economy/Commerce of the Federation of BiH on 18.04.2024. The Management Board was chaired by Gino Sabatini, President of the AIC Forum.
The Management Board discussed the implementation of the annual plan of activities and events related to ongoing projects and upcoming initiatives.
A joint Declaration of the Three Forums – Protection and Promotion of the Mediterranean Diet in the Adriatic-Ionian Region: Well-being, Sustainability and Culture (Split Declaration) was also sent into procedure for the next Assembly of the AIC Forum.
The AIC Forum will actively participate in this year’s 14th Congress of Women’s Entrepreneurship of the Adriatic-Ionian Region in the autumn in Italy.
The financial report for 2023 was also considered and unanimously adopted.
The proposal for the next Assembly that a representative of the new member state San Marino become a member of the AIC Forum Management Board was unanimously supported.
The next Assembly of the AIC Forum will be in Split on 14.05.2024, ahead of the annual EUSAIR Forum session in Šibenik on 15 and 16.05.2024.
Gino Sabatini, President of the AIC Forum, on behalf of all present members of the Management Board, thanked the First Vice President of the AIC Forum, Prof. Dr. Marko Šantić, for the now traditional excellent hospitality in Mostar during the International Fair of Economy, where the AIC Forum also has its stand this year.
