Based on Article 13 of the Law on Real Estate Brokerage („Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH“, No. 75/21), the Federation of BiH Chamber of Economy/Commerce announces
N O T I C E
on the holding of the professional exam for real estate brokerage agents
Candidates who meet the requirements for taking the professional exam will, on 07/09/2024, take the written part of the exam, and will be informed in due time about the oral and remedial parts, as well as the place and time of the professional exam.
Requirements for taking the professional exam:
- SSS – at least completed secondary school of four-year duration
- residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina
The cost of taking the professional exam in the amount of 600.00 KM shall be borne by the candidate.
Applications for taking the professional exam are submitted on the form APPLICATION for taking the professional exam for a real estate brokerage agent
Along with the application for taking the exam, candidates are required to submit:
- proof of meeting the educational requirements (a certified copy of the school certificate is attached),
- proof of residence in BiH (a CIPS certificate is attached)
- proof of payment of the professional exam fee – original payment slip for the professional exam fee

The deadline for submitting applications with the listed documentation is 30/08/2024.
Applications are submitted by e-mail to j.topic@kfbih.com, with mandatory submission of the application and required documentation by post to the address: Federation of BiH Chamber of Economy/Commerce, Kneza Domagoja No. 12, 88000 Mostar, marked FOR TAKING THE PROFESSIONAL EXAM FOR A REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE AGENT
Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
