Invitation to the workshop “Communication and Public Speaking in the Business Environment”

“Communication and Public Speaking in the Business Environment”

The workshop “Communication and Public Speaking in the Business Environment” is intended for people who want to improve their public speaking skills. Through this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn and, through practical work, apply basic public speaking techniques, face stage fright and overcome it, in order to successfully speak in front of an audience, clients, or colleagues.

During the workshop, participants will also learn how to adapt their performance to the audience, the importance of nonverbal communication, speech structure, and other techniques to keep the audience’s attention. Each participant will have the opportunity to present their public speaking in front of the group, after which they will receive personalized feedback from the trainer and other participants.

The workshop is led by Amra Livnjak, LL.M., an expert with many years of experience in moderating and leading international conferences, workshops on communication and public speaking in the business environment, and workshops on setting and achieving goals. She is currently employed at the Ministry of Economy of Central Bosnia Canton as a professional advisor in the Trade and Tourism Sector. She completed the public relations school at the Civil Service Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the public speaking and communication school, and is a certified NLP Practitioner.

The number of participants in the workshop is limited. For applications submitted by 16.04.2025 and organizations registering 2 or more participants, the fee is 199 KM + VAT. For individual applications after 16.04.2025, the participation fee is 239 KM + VAT. The fee includes participation in the workshop, lunch and coffee break, working materials, and a certificate of participation.
