Based on Article 13 of the Law on Real Estate Brokerage in Transactions with Real Estate (“Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH”, no. 75/21), the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH publishes a Notice on the holding of a professional exam for a real estate brokerage agent.
Candidates who meet the requirements for taking the professional exam will be informed in due time about the place of the exam.
Requirements for taking the professional exam:
- Secondary education – at least completed four-year secondary school
- residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina
The cost of taking the professional exam in the amount of 600.00 KM shall be borne by the candidate.

Along with the application for the exam, candidates are required to submit:
- proof of meeting the professional education requirements (a certified copy of the school completion certificate is attached),
- proof of residence in BiH (a CIPS certificate is attached)
- proof of payment of the professional exam fee – original payment slip for the professional exam fee

The deadline for submitting applications with the specified documentation is 09.03.2026.
The written part of the exam will be held on 14.03.2026.
The oral part of the exam will be held on 28.03.2026.
The remedial part of the exam will be held on 11.04.2026.
Submission of the application with the required documentation by mail to the address: Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH, Kneza Domagoja no. 12, 88000 Mostar, with the note FOR TAKING THE PROFESSIONAL EXAM FOR A REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE AGENT is mandatory.
Incomplete and untimely applications will not be considered.
