Based on Article 13 of the Law on Real Estate Brokerage (“Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH”, number 75/21), the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH publishes
N O T I C E
on the holding of a professional exam for a real estate brokerage agent
Candidates who meet the conditions for taking the professional exam will, on 10.05.2025, take the written part of the exam, and will be informed in due time about the oral and remedial parts, as well as the place and time of the professional exam.
Conditions for taking the professional exam:
- Secondary education – at least completed four-year secondary school
- residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina
The cost of taking the professional exam in the amount of 600.00 KM shall be borne by the candidate.
Applications for taking the professional exam are submitted on the form APPLICATION for taking the professional exam for a real estate brokerage agent
Along with the application for taking the exam, candidates are required to submit:
- proof of meeting the professional qualification requirements (a certified copy of the school certificate is attached),
- proof of residence in BiH (a CIPS certificate is attached)
- proof of payment of the professional exam fee – original payment slip for the professional exam fee
Instructions for payment of the professional exam fee:
- Purpose of payment: fee for taking the professional exam

The deadline for submitting applications with the specified documentation is 05.05.2025.
Applications are submitted by e-mail to j.topic@kfbih.com, with mandatory submission of the application with the required documentation by mail to the address : Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH, Kneza Domagoja no. 12. 88000 Mostar, marked FOR TAKING THE PROFESSIONAL EXAM FOR A REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE AGENT
Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
