In accordance with the Regulation on the training of presidents and members of supervisory boards and management boards of companies with state capital participation (“Official Gazette of F BiH”, nos. 71/09, 33/10, 23/11, 83/11, 2/13, 80/13, 48/15, 60/16, 88/17 and 19/22), and the Training Program (“Official Gazette of F BiH”, no. 22/25), the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH will in the coming period begin activities to implement a continuous education program for certified participants in the training of members of supervisory boards and management boards of companies with state capital participation.
Pursuant to Article 7 of the Regulation and point IX of the Training Program, participants who have obtained a Certificate of Completed Training are, for the purpose of continuous education, required to undergo additional training organized by the Chamber, once a year for six hours.
In 2025, certified participants in the training will be offered the following topics for additional education:
(1) ESG standards – the role of management board and supervisory board members
(2) Green transformation of business
(3) Cross-border carbon adjustment mechanism (CBAM) and its impact on business
Certified participants in the training independently choose one of the offered topics as a form of continuous education, according to their own professional interests and needs.
The implementation of the first cycle of additional training is planned from the second half of October 2025, as follows:
