The implementation and application of the Law on Intermediation in Real Estate Transactions has been in force since 2021. The Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH and the Federal Ministry of Trade, recognizing the importance of regulating this activity, have completed the procedures for its implementation. Since the implementation itself until today, certain shortcomings in the application of the Law have been observed in practice. In addition to legal barriers, the real estate market in Bosnia and Herzegovina also faces challenges related to market access and the development of new technologies and their application in this sector.
In order to update these topics, the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH and the Association of Real Estate Brokers at the Chamber, with the support of the Federal Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts, are organizing the 2nd International Conference “CHALLENGES OF THE REAL ESTATE MARKET” in Neum, Hotel Marea, on 11 and 12.12.2025.
The conference is designed through three thematic panels, workshops, and a discussion on the current topic of insurance in the real estate market.
The conference participants are eminent regional and domestic experts in this field, as well as representatives of the government sector. We invite all interested parties to apply for the conference and contribute to its quality through their discussions, ideas, and questions.
