Event on the occasion of Earth Day
In order to mark Earth Day and raise awareness of the importance of environmental protection and sustainable development, the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Faculty of Science and Mathematics of the University of Sarajevo are organizing an event that will bring together representatives of the academic, business, and media sectors.
The event is especially aimed at connecting students with companies that actively implement the principles of responsible business and the green transition, and promote innovation in the fields of ecology, energy, and sustainable mobility. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about concrete solutions that companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina apply to reduce negative environmental impact, develop sustainable business models, and encourage social responsibility. Examples of good practice will be presented and space will be opened for interactive discussion and exchange of ideas.
Special attention will also be drawn to the presentation of an electric vehicle, along with a discussion on innovations in the automotive industry and the necessity of transitioning to environmentally friendly solutions in transport.
