The Chamber of Economy of FBiH, in cooperation with the company “ Vozim na struju ” (Belgrade), invites all interested parties to the second Eco Forum, which will be held from 9 to 11 April 2025 in Herceg Novi.
The second Eco Forum will bring together experts, companies and institutions dedicated to sustainable development, ecology and innovation. The forum will be held at the prestigious Palmon Bay & Spa hotel.
The ceremonial opening of the forum will bring together representatives of regional governments, ministries, the diplomatic corps and the economy, while the central topics will include:
• Energy transition and decarbonization
• CBAM regulations and ESG standards
• Circular economy and sustainable waste management
• Green mobility and smart infrastructure
• Environmental aspects of tourism and urban planning
• The impact of the environment on human health
One of the key segments of the forum will be the presentation of the first regional project focused on restricting deliveries in pedestrian zones to vehicles with zero emissions and introducing a centralized cross-dock system. This innovative project aims to improve sustainable urban transport and represents a significant step toward environmentally sustainable cities.
In addition to the rich educational program led by the talented Jelena Gavrilović, whose artistic contribution will further enrich the event, participants will have the opportunity to enjoy guided tours through Herceg Novi, a city rich in cultural and historical heritage.
Also planned is a formal gala dinner on 10 April 2025 at 20:00 in the Palmon Bay & Spa hotel, which will be an ideal opportunity for networking and exchanging ideas in a pleasant atmosphere.
Forum partners
The forum partners are: Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, Road Traffic Safety Agency of the Republic of Serbia, OIE Serbia, Macedonian Solid Waste Association (MaSWA), Croatian Business Club, Parking Service Herceg Novi and Tourist Organization Herceg Novi with the support of JBAS.
The green mobility fair will be organized so that visitors can test electric and hybrid vehicles, bicycles and scooters. The forum also brings practical workshops and interactive panels, where experts from different fields will discuss key challenges of sustainable development and the innovations shaping the future.
A special novelty of this edition of the forum is the presentation of projects and technologies that enable cities to become more environmentally sustainable through smart solutions for energy efficiency and transport.
