On behalf of the Association for Renewable Energy Sources, we invite interested member companies of the Chamber
to take part in public discussions on the listed draft regulations and
contribute through their comments to the development of more efficient draft regulations.
Acting in accordance with the obligations arising from Article 18, paragraph (8), and Article 29, paragraph (3)
of the Law on the Use of Renewable Energy Sources and Efficient Cogeneration (“Official
Gazette of the Federation of BiH”, No. 82/23) (the Law), the Management of the Operator for Renewable Energy Sources
and Efficient Cogeneration (Operator for RES and EC) appointed a Working Group for
drafting the Draft Regulation on Auctions, and the Draft Regulation on Guarantees
of Origin, composed as follows: Hajrudin Bećirović as Chair of the Working Group, and
as members of the Working Group: Armin Đuliman, Almir Muhamedbegović and Saša Čolić.
The Management Board of the Operator for RES and EC, on the proposal of the Director, at its 2nd session,
held on 30/04/2024, adopted the Decision on the adoption of the Draft Regulation on Auctions,
and the Decision on the adoption of the Draft Regulation on Guarantees of Origin with the obligation
to conduct a public discussion on both.
Accordingly, we hereby inform the public that the public discussions on the
Draft Regulation on auctions will be held at the following times:
03/06/2024 (Monday) from 11:00 to 13:00, in the hall of the Hotel
Mostar (Kneza Domagoja b.b., Mostar),
11/06/2024 (Tuesday) from 11:00 to 13:00, in the hall of the Radon
Plaza Hotel (Džemala Bijedića 185, Sarajevo),
while the public discussions on the Draft Regulation on guarantees of origin will be held at the
following times:
05/06/2024 (Monday) from 11:00 to 13:00, in the hall of the
Hotel Mostar (Kneza Domagoja b.b., Mostar), and
12/06/2024 (Tuesday) from 11:00 to 13:00, in the hall of the Radon
Plaza Hotel (Džemala Bijedića 185, Sarajevo).
By decision of the Management of the Operator for RES and EC, Armin Đuliman was appointed as moderator of the public discussion on the Draft Regulation on
auctions, while Almir Muhamedbegović was appointed as moderator of the public discussion on the Draft
Regulation on guarantees of origin.
Interested persons may obtain the text of the draft regulations at the headquarters of the Operator for RES and EC
or download them in electronic form from the Operator for RES and EC website
( www.oieiek.ba ).
Written comments may be submitted to the address of the Operator for RES and EC, Adema Buća 34,
Mostar, or to the e-mail address contact@oieiek.ba, starting from the day of publication
of the draft regulations on the Operator for RES and EC website, and no later than Friday,
14/06/2024.
The Operator for RES and EC will also consider written and oral comments
received at the public discussion.
