The Swedish IT market is characterized by rapid technological progress and business development. It is expected that in
2024 the IT services market will reach approximately 15.2 billion US dollars, and the growth trend recorded in recent years is expected to continue.

Despite Sweden’s significant progress, several major challenges remain. The availability of huge
amounts of data is growing rapidly, and the need to process and analyze this data is becoming increasingly
critical. At the same time, the industry faces a significant shortage of expertise. This creates
opportunities for IT companies in developing countries with the right products and services to
become suppliers to Swedish IT firms.

During the webinar, representatives of the IT sector will share insights into the Swedish market, highlight trends and
give practical advice on how to find business partners.

The webinar is organized by Open Trade Gate Sweden (OTGS), which is part of the Swedish National Board of Trade.

This webinar is the first in a series of three. The next two will focus on the gaming industry (7 November)
and fintech (28 November).
