Today, the 29th Gast Fair was opened in Arena Zagreb and will run from 27.2. to 1.3.2025. The opening was accompanied by a culinary event on the gastro stage, which also served as a gastro introduction to the GAST 2025 fair.
The GAST fair is the largest gastronomy fair in Croatia and brings together the most important actors in hospitality and tourism in the region. For 29 years, the fair has connected all stakeholders in tourism and hospitality, not only from Croatia but also from abroad. For decades, the fair has been recognized as the central place for preparation for the tourist season and is an opportunity to get acquainted with a range of novelties and premieres of the HORECA sector, as well as to conclude deals and expand the business network.
The Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina organized, together with the Chamber of Economy of Republika Srpska and the Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH, a joint appearance of BiH businesspeople at the fair and represents Bosnia and Herzegovina.
