30th GAST Fair opened in Zagreb

Today, the 30th Gast Fair was opened in Arena Zagreb – with a culinary event on the gastro stage, which is also a gastro introduction to the GAST 2026 fair.

The GAST fair is the largest gastronomy fair in Croatia, bringing together the most important players in hospitality and tourism in the region.

For 30 years, the GAST fair has connected all stakeholders in tourism and hospitality, not only from Croatia but also from abroad.

The GAST fair is the largest gastronomy fair in Croatia, recognized for decades as the central place for preparing for the tourist season. The fair is an opportunity to discover a range of novelties and premieres from the HORECA sector, as well as to conclude business deals and expand business networks.

Our stand was also visited by H.E. Ms. Elma Kovačević-Bajtal, Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Republic of Croatia. With our exhibitors, the desire to deepen business ties between the two countries was expressed.

The Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina organized, together with the Chamber of Commerce of the Republika Srpska and the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a joint appearance of Bosnian and Herzegovinian businesspeople at the 29th GAST Fair in Zagreb, which will run from 26.2. to 28.2.2026 and represents Bosnia and Herzegovina.

At the joint Bosnia and Herzegovina stand at the GAST Fair, we promote authentic and original domestic products from Bosnia and Herzegovina, gastro and eno offerings, and the tourism potential of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and this time we also have top exhibitors:

AS Holding As HoReCa d.o.o. Sarajevo, Violeta d.o.o. Grude, Wood Cluster Herzegovina, Family Cellar Sušac Ljubuški, Winery Tolj Čitluk, MADI d.o.o. Tešanj.

We invite you to visit us during the 30th GAST Fair in Arena Zagreb from 26.2 to 28.2.2026 at the stand of the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and taste traditional and authentic Bosnian and Herzegovinian products and discover something previously undiscovered — the blend of tradition and modernity.
