an announcement has been published on the website of the Federal Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts regarding the procedure for implementing the Regulation on financial assistance measures for private employers, crafts and other independent activities in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the aim of preserving existing jobs (“Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH”, No. 8/25).
Since the Regulation does not provide for the publication of a public call, which means that beneficiaries under this regulation do not need to submit any request for reimbursement, the entire process will take place among the competent institutions of the Federation of BiH (Government of FBiH, FMRPO, FMF, Tax Administration of FBiH and Union Bank).
All business entities that meet the conditions from the Regulation are asked, before the Government of the Federation of BiH adopts the Decision on the final list of beneficiaries, to check their status regarding the fulfillment of the above-mentioned conditions at the competent branch office of the Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH so that any errors in the process can be corrected in a timely manner.
