In the premises of the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH, on 22 April 2024,
on the occasion of Earth Day, the book “Recycling of technological
post-industrial textile waste with projection from the feasibility study”,
author Sead Arslanagić, was promoted.
The book examines in a professional, educational and innovative way the issues
caused by the creation of technological post-industrial textile waste and
offers environmentally acceptable and financially sustainable solutions for the disposal of textile
waste. According to the promoters, academics Prof. Dr. Džemal Najetović and Dr.
Izudin Bijedić, the book can be a kind of guide for business companies in the
segment of textile waste disposal, as part of the complex issue of environmental
protection, on how to achieve socially responsible and financially
sustainable business.
The reviewers of the book, Prof. Dr. Nezir Tanović and Dr. Ahmedin Salčinović, point out that
it is a very studious, instructive and comprehensively useful reading that was
missing for business entities in the textile industry of BiH, and certainly also in the opus
in the fields of economics, ecology and other related activities.
The book was printed under the patronage of the Chamber of Economy of the
Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the Engineering Chamber of the Federation of BiH and the company
“Alma Ras” from Olovo.
