Within the Mostar International Economic Fair, the Business Forum Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro titled “Economic Stability and Partnership” was successfully held, bringing together representatives of institutions, investment agencies, and companies from the two countries.
The forum was jointly organized by the Chamber of Economy/Commerce of the Federation of BiH and the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, with the aim of strengthening regional cooperation, improving trade exchange, and opening new investment opportunities.
The gathering was opened by the President of the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, Dr. Nina Drakić, and the Vice President of the Chamber of Economy/Commerce of the Federation of BiH, Prof. Dr. Marko Šantić, who emphasized the importance of continuous dialogue and connecting the business communities of the two countries.
As part of the program, investment potentials and business opportunities were presented by representatives of the Investment Agency of Montenegro and the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency in BiH – FIPA.
A special focus of the forum were B2B meetings, during which companies had the opportunity for direct talks, exchange of experiences, and establishing new business contacts. Participants expressed interest in deepening cooperation in the fields of investment, agriculture, food industry, tourism, trade, and joint projects.
The organizers point out that the forum confirmed the strong interest of businesspeople in strengthening economic ties between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, and represents an important step toward further development of regional partnership and a stable business environment.
