In the premises of the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on 12 May 2023, the first expanded session of the ESCO Association of the Federation of BiH Board was held. More than 20 representatives of companies and public enterprises attended.
The attendees were addressed by Halil Sulejmanović, President of the ESCO Association of the Federation of BiH. In his speech, he emphasized that it is important to know in which direction we are going, and that through the work of the association and the benefits we provide, we motivate other companies to join us.
Hamdija Mujezin, project manager of URBANLED, introduced the members to the process of contracting and implementing energy services, presented the implemented projects and achieved results for the public and private sectors in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The purpose of holding the board session in an expanded composition is to discuss future activities and next steps of the association, networking and creating business partnerships between ESCO companies and potential clients from the public, private and residential sectors, as well as preparing proposals for changes to market frameworks in order to develop and increase the application of the ESCO model in BiH.
