International Economy Fair Mostar 2024

From 16 to 20 April 2024, the 25th International Economy Fair Mostar 2024 is being held in Mostar.

The partner country of this year’s 25th jubilee edition is the Republic of Croatia, which was among other reasons why the fair was officially opened by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia, Mr. Andrej Plenković.

This year’s jubilee edition of the largest fair event in the region brought together over 800 exhibitors from 30 countries in Europe and the world on a total area of 30,000 square meters.

During the five fair days, the Chamber of Commerce of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina also presented its activities, projects, and companies from various economic sectors to exhibitors and visitors.

At the exhibition space of the Chamber of Commerce of the FBiH, visitors and partners could get better acquainted with products and services of companies from the metal industry, electrical industry, agriculture, construction, tourism sector….

Some of the exhibitors were Emerus d.o.o Široki Brijeg, Borplastika Eko Tuzla, TT Kabeli Široki Brijeg, Bios Visoko, Junior Eko Termik Jelah, PePlast d.o.o Odžak, Zulex d.o.o Sarajevo, Eurostil d.o.o Doboj, Eurometali, Tourism Cluster Herzegovina, LB Profile Tešanj, Euro-Roal, Fibraworld d.o.o Gradačac, Visit Sarajevo, Euroguma Sarajevo, SIK d.o.o Mostar, Chamber of Engineers of the FBiH, Cantonal Chamber of Commerce of the Una-Sana Canton…

As a representative of the economy before the executive and legislative authorities, it should also be emphasized that the Chamber of Commerce of the FBiH is one of the leading partners of the Mostar Fair, not only as a representative of the economy but also in the conference segment.

Within the Third Mostar Economic Forum at the International Economy Fair Mostar 2024, the international conference “EU perspectives for Bosnia and Herzegovina – experiences of the Republic of Croatia” was held.

The Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce of the FBiH, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marko Šantić, is also the President of the Organizing Committee of the Mostar Economic Forum (MEF).

The exhibition space of the federal chamber was also visited by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia, Mr. Andrej Plenković, the Chairman of the House of Peoples of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dr. Dragan Čović, the Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Ms. Borjana Krišto, the President of the Federation of BiH, Ms. Lidija Bradara, the Prime Minister of the FBiH, Mr. Nermin Nikšić, the representative in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, Ms. Darijana Filipović, the Minister of Transport and Communications of the FBiH, Ms. Andrijana Katić, and various officials of the executive and legislative authorities at all levels, which is another indicator of how important the chamber is as a representative of the economy and a partner to the legislative and executive authorities.
