During yesterday’s visit to the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs, the President of the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mirsad Jašarspahić, held a working meeting with Ivana Prvulović, Director of FUZIP.
The meeting was held with the aim of establishing closer cooperation through which the two institutions will continuously contribute to the creation and improvement of the business environment in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
President Jašarspahić invited the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs to jointly organize presentations and consultations on the implementation of regulations on conditions for special smoking areas for cantonal inspection branches, with representatives of the inspection administration, and control activities for the implementation of the Regulation on products that become special categories of waste after use.
Proposals were made for a meeting with the leadership of the chemical industry association, as well as for strengthening cooperation with the association of real estate agents operating within the Chamber of Economy of the FBiH, due to the large number of reports of agencies that are not entered in the mandatory register and do not have legally prescribed certified agents in their agencies, with the aim of systematically regulating and legalizing their business.
It was proposed that a memorandum of cooperation between the two institutions be signed soon in all areas of activity, in line with competencies and initiatives from the real sector.
Joint and proactive action leads to strengthening and controlling the market, as well as establishing
quality infrastructure through binding directives and technical regulations.
Director Prvulović thanked the Chamber of Economy of the FBiH for its proactive approach and emphasized that
the partnership between the two institutions contributes to creating a better business environment and raising the level
of compliance of business entities with the law, thereby achieving the purpose of inspection
supervision in accordance with good and modern international practices.
