We are proud and pleased to inform you that the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has, for the first time in history, successfully implemented the project “Support for business entities in introducing the BH Quality and Original Domestic labels”
This project aimed to bring quality and origin labels for BiH products and services closer to buyers in BiH and abroad.
In order to build trust among domestic consumers in the quality of domestic products and to facilitate entry into foreign markets, it is necessary to help domestic companies obtain stamps, i.e. certificates of quality and origin for their products. Therefore, the Chamber, in cooperation with the Government of the Federation of BiH and the Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts, launched this project, and the companies that met the set criteria received the said labels completely free of charge.
The “BH Quality” and “Original Domestic” labels are intended to encourage the development of domestic production, raise the level of quality of BOSNIAN-HERZEGOVINIAN products, production technologies and services, encourage creativity, originality, research and development, innovation and inventiveness, as well as promote the Bosnian-Herzegovinian state and create a Bosnian-Herzegovinian identity on the world market.
The right to use the “BH Quality” label is granted to products and services that possess above-average quality and are produced in the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, i.e. services provided in the territory of the FBiH.
The right to use the “Original Domestic” label is granted to products and services that possess above-average quality, at least as products or services at the level of “BH Quality”, and that arose as a result of BiH tradition, research and development, innovation and inventiveness.
The Chamber will continue to implement this and similar projects.
