In the period from June 30 to July 1, Emir Pašić participated on behalf of the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH in the work of the consortium of the project “jOiNEd For sUsTainability – bUilding climate REsilient communities in WB and EU – 1FUTURE”, which was held at the University of Tuzla.
The 1Future project aims to support higher education institutions in the Western Balkans in building capacities in the areas of sustainability, resilience and climate action.
During the two-day meetings, learning materials within task 4.1 were discussed, as well as the format of the learning deliverable within task 4.2, along with a report on curriculum revisions. Numerous activities carried out this year were highlighted – such as training for staff of higher education institutions in the Western Balkans and visits by professors from the EU. These exchanges introduced new methodologies, content and approaches, which will now help shape the future development of courses in the Western Balkans. In addition, tailored curricula are being developed for short intensive courses in each partner higher education institution in the Western Balkans.
