The Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs yesterday signed two memoranda of cooperation – one with the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the other with the Employers’ Association of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
By signing these memoranda, the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs, the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH and the Employers’ Association of the Federation of BiH expressed their commitment to establishing and developing cooperation for the purpose of protecting legality, legal certainty, and effectively contributing to the protection of public and private interests within the prescribed legal powers and competencies. The signatory parties agreed to cooperate in order to ensure the efficient application and observance of laws, by-laws and other regulations governing the rights and obligations of business entities in the Federation of BiH, joint efforts to improve and develop the business environment, raise the level of legal discipline, responsibility, transparency and the level of information available to business entities on matters related to the application of legal regulations.
The memoranda represent an important step toward improving cooperation between inspection authorities and the business community, with the aim of improving the business environment and strengthening economic development in the Federation.
