The Chamber of Commerce of the Federation of BiH informs and warns business entities and other organizations in BiH that an active campaign is underway by an organization called – European Tourism Organization (ETO GmbH), which carries out promotional activities and offers the signing of an Order Form for reservation of media space with included free promotion of the user to business entities.
The mentioned organization offers user promotion and concludes the promotional period free of charge, while nowhere on the Order Form does it state that this promotional period lasts six months, after which, according to the Terms of Business of this organization, the Order Form automatically enters into a binding period of 6 years, which entails financial obligations for the user on an annual basis in the amount of 2,380.00 EUR.
Given the above, we warn all business entities and organizations to carefully consider the offers of the mentioned organization European Tourism Organization (ETO GmbH) and to inform themselves in detail about the Terms of Business before signing the Order Form, which are available on the organization’s website.
At the same time, we inform business entities and organizations that have signed the Order Form that they have the right to cancel the Order Form without financial obligations, if they notify ETO GmbH in writing of the cancellation of the Order Form before the end of the promotional period, i.e. within 6 months from the activation of the service (i.e. from the date of publication of the data on their website). When canceling the Order Form, you are obliged to submit a cancellation notice to ETO GmbH in written and certified form by an authorized person via email or to the address of the headquarters, for which you must have confirmation of receipt of the said notice by ETO GmbH.
