EIF Istanbul Energy Transformation Fair 2025

Under the slogan “Energy is the future”, the EIF Istanbul Energy Transformation Fair 2025 will be held from 8 to 10 October 2025 at the Istanbul Expo Center. This prestigious event brings together solutions that will shape the future of the energy industry. Energy transformation and sustainable production are key factors for increasing company competitiveness and controlling costs.

This year’s fair will feature:

  • Latest-generation solar energy products: solar panels, inverters, mounting equipment

  • Energy storage systems: lithium-ion batteries, hybrid solutions, industrial storage technologies

  • Contractors: expert companies that can deliver energy investments on a turnkey basis

  • Investors: representatives of investors and funds who can be partners in energy projects and provide financing

An organized visit to the fair from our region will be carried out in co-organization with the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the British Chamber of Commerce Kosovo, with participation from representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro and North Macedonia.

At the meeting with the fair organizers, messages and conclusions from the recently held Sarajevo Energy and Climate Week SECW 2025 were also presented, along with an invitation to participate in SECW 2026.

During the first day of the fair, on the main stage of the conference section of the fairgrounds, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the British Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo and the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, under the patronage of the fair organizer.

The objectives of this agreement include:

  • Promoting mutual trade, investment and business opportunities between Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina

  • Facilitating the exchange of information, expertise and best practices in trade, industry and economic development

  • Supporting member companies of both chambers in accessing regional and international markets

  • Encouraging joint initiatives in areas of common interest, with special emphasis on energy, infrastructure, technology and sustainable development

  • Strengthening regional cooperation in the Western Balkans by supporting cross-border partnerships, encouraging regional value chains and contributing to greater economic integration

“This partnership aims to enhance cooperation and create new business opportunities for companies in both regions through intensified business meetings, information exchange and investment promotion. Through joint activities and synergy, we strive to provide added value to our members and effectively support green energy projects,” stated in a joint statement by Mirsad Jašarspahić (Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Bekim Kastrati (British Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo).
